Macro Simmer
Refund Policy
Last updated 24 August 2026
This policy applies only when Macro Simmer sells a paid digital product directly. Products sold by an external merchant are governed by that merchant's refund and return policy.
Before purchasing
Review the product description, file format, compatibility, included materials, price, and any product-specific terms shown at checkout. Contact contact@macrosimmer.com before purchasing if important information is unclear.
Digital delivery
Digital products may be delivered immediately. Because a digital file cannot always be returned after access or download, a change of mind may not qualify for a refund once delivery or access has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Problems with an order
Contact contact@macrosimmer.com if a file is defective, duplicated, inaccessible, or materially different from its description. Include the order reference, purchase email, and a description of the problem. Do not email full payment-card details.
We may provide troubleshooting, a replacement file, or a refund when appropriate. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can review and resolve a legitimate problem. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may be contested using relevant order and delivery records.
Immediate digital access and cancellations
Digital access normally begins as soon as Stripe verifies payment. By completing a purchase, you request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, where applicable law permits, a right to cancel for change of mind may end once access or download begins.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank or card processing times are controlled by the relevant payment provider. We may ask for reasonable information needed to locate the order and prevent fraud, but you should never send a full card number or security code by email.
A refund or replacement may be appropriate when required by law, for a duplicate charge, or when the file is corrupted, inaccessible, or materially different from its description and we cannot resolve the problem. A change of mind after access or download does not normally qualify where applicable law allows this limitation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
