Yassin EL FQUIR is the founder of Macro Simmer, a food entrepreneur from Agadir, Morocco with a background in restaurant management, hands-on kitchen training and healthy-food concepts. His long-standing interest in strength training, nutrition and protein-focused eating helped inspire Macro Simmer's practical approach to high-protein slow cooker meals.
